Chuchawal Royal Haskoning provided full design services including architectural, structural, M&E systems design as well as the interior design of the office and landscaping around the buildings. The total area of the building is approximately 18,000 – 20,000 sq.m. The total site is approximately 95 rai (15.2 hectares) and has been divided up into space for an operations area, office area and utilities area. This is the first phase of the project, the second phase expansion has already been allowed for in the site layout. The building functions as a Unilever Distribution Center (DC5) for CP 7-11. The facilities include ancillary constructions such as a guard house, canteen for office staff and truck drivers, offices, pylon sign, perimeter fence, etc.
