A production facility for professional laundry as well as food services and a warehouse for Electrolux’s regional logistic needs were constructed based on an overall master plan developed by Chuchawal Royal Haskoning. The production facility incorporates also offices, showroom, locker rooms and a canteen. Chuchawal Royal Haskoning was appointed to provide full design, construction management and site quality and safety supervision services. Chuchawal Royal Haskoning’s sister company, Interior Architecture 103, was responsible for the design of the entrance, the showroom and the landscaping. The utility design of the production facility allows for flexible usage of the building. Both warehouse and production plants were designed to allow for expansion.
