Chuchawal Royal Haskoning was the PM/CM for this large shopping mall development in Hua Hin. Above the 20,000 sq.m. basement is 44,000 sq.m. of building, occupied among others by Home Pro, Tesco-Lotus, and a cinema complex. Piling started in February 2005 and the complex opened in February 2006.
