In the 1990’s Quality Coffee products established a soluble coffee plant in Thailand comprising production and process buildings, including a 45m high spray-drying tower, a water treatment plant, warehouses, offices and supporting facilities. In a next step in the period of 2001-2004, the plant has been expanded in two stages, including a second 45m high spray-drying tower directly beside the existing one. Chuchawal Royal Haskoning provided full design and management services, including supervision during construction. For the initial establishment on a green field location (phase I) as well as for the expansion (phase II)
