PURAC, a subsidiary of the Dutch CSM Group, established a plant for the production of lactic acid in the Asia Industrial Estate in Rayong, Thailand. Chuchawal Royal Haskoning provided design, project management and construction management services for the process foundations, steel support structures, process and non-process buildings and the external works. Chuchawal Royal Haskoning also performed safety management during the construction activities.
