Chuchawal Royal Haskoning provided full design services and project management including architectural, structural, M&E systems design for Tesco Lotus. They planned to build a Cold Storage Unilever Distribution Center (CDC) at Amphur Lamlukka, Pathumthani.
The project contained the following elements:
- A main building with a construction area of approximately 22,000 sq.m.
- Tray wash building (approx. 4560 sq.m.0
- VMU (approx. 700 sq.m.)
- Facilities Buildings such as vehicle gatehouse (approx. 400 sq.m.), personnel gate house (approx. 150 sq.m.) Fuel Island (approx. 200 sq.m.), weigh bridge, car shades, Bike Shades and so on,
- External works: Roads, parking areas, (un)loading yards, storm water drainage system, and the perimeter fence.
- The following mechanical & electrical systems, as well as the security system are included:
- Lighting & power supply system
- Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System
- Plumbing and sanitary system
- Fire fighting and fire alarm system
- Telecommunication system
- Security system
