This project is under design. This project composes of 4 separated RDCs (Kampangpetch, Korat, Khonkaen and Suratthani). The master plan is being designed. When it is finalized, Chuchawal Royal Haskoning will customize them for each specific location. In the master plan, the total area of 45 rai will have a warehousing building (for ground slots of 12,000 sq.m.) for cartons of Beer Chang and return bottles, warehouses offices, and facilities for RDC operations as well as a separated sale office in front of RDC (separate area) and canteen. Each RDC is budgeted at 300 million Baht. Chuchawal Royal Haskoning performs the consultancy services for:
- Designs (Architectural, Structural, Civil and M&E Works)
- Project Management for the whole period
- Construction Management and Supervision.
