The production facilities of We-Ef are being renewed in three stages based on an overall master plan developed by Chuchawal Royal Haskoning, in cooperation with its sister company, Design 103. Chuchawal Royal Haskoning, together with Design 103, was appointed to provide full design, construction management and site supervision services. The building is specially designed for use as a visual showcase for the lighting products of We-Ef. For this purpose the building has been provided with a combination of projections, overhangs, surfaces and architectural elements, which different types of lighting models can illuminate.
